I’ve been following a guide on YouTube named Lee Holden. Lee has various l how-to’s videos. I like his morning 20 minute routine and combine it with some yoga stretching and swimming.

Feeling invisible energy has a spiritual nature one can’t explain. Once felt, other possibilities enter an unseen world.
