Let a new habit linger a bit…

One evening last month, JoAn mentioned the sheets on our bed were changed. (happens once a week and I usually notice the freshness)

That night I decided to shower in the evening before bed. (after taking morning showers for years). The result was amazing! It felt extra cozy in bed AND fell asleep faster and slept more sound.

I’ve managed to keep this night showering steady for two weeks now. My mornings seem more carefree with one less thing to do and since I walk to work, the morning chill doesn’t seem to get me tensed up.

Try to give a new way of doing things a long enough time to see its overall benefits, thus creating a brand new preferred habit.

Just sayin…
